Linda's Sculpted Pictures are created in a number of ways. The background is made in 3 dimensions - shaped by hand. The colors are applied later. Some of these works of art are a single material - others are a combination of other materials. " A Time Past" has a number of different techniques used with different materials - but everything is created on the canvas. Nothing is stuck on. "Fern", however, actually has real polished semi precious pebbles added to the scene. The poppies in "Poppies" are created separately and applied semi finished. These are all 3-dimensional - and are very tactile.
The sizes given do not include the frames - which have been carefully selected for each picture.
